As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance communication within our club, we're excited to announce our transition to ClubZap for all club communications! 🎉 However, we understand that not everyone may have access to digital platforms.

To ensure all members can stay connected, we'll be implementing the following measures (Please share by word of mouth so all members are aware, particularly those with difficulty accessing digital platforms):

1. Alternative Communication Channels: We'll continue to provide important updates via traditional methods such as noticeboards inside and outside the clubrooms and a monthly newsletter.

2. Designated Point of Contact: Members without digital access can reach out to a designated club representative who will assist them in accessing information and staying up-to-date.

3. Accessing match tickets: In the lead up to games (Club and County) requiring tickets be bought online, we will arrange a night in advance, where members can come and purchase tickets and have them printed off so they can attend the game.

4. Support Sessions: We'll organize regular support sessions or workshops to help members unfamiliar with digital platforms navigate ClubZap and other online tools.

5. Printed Materials: Key information will be made available on request in printed formats for those who prefer or require physical copies.

6. Registration Mornings: We will hold registration mornings when club membership is due so members can come along and sign up with the club in person.

Our goal is to ensure that every member feels included and informed, regardless of their digital access. If you or someone you know requires assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
